Day 8 "favorite anthology" of the 30 day horror challenge

Favorite anthology? The trickiest sub-genre to tackle in my opinion. Not only do you have to come up with three or four interesting tales to tell, you have to make sure the style and tone of the film is cohesive so that it tells a story. I think my pick does just that, which goes to...

Trilogy of Terror - Not only do you have what is probably the most memorable horror vignette of all time in an anthology in which a woman is chased around her apartment by a killer Zuni fetish doll, you also get three tales in which legendary actress Karen Black gets to act up one hell of a storm. And boy does she ever deliver! By having Black in all three tales and centering the theme around people who meet unexpected deaths due to the actions they take, Trilogy of Terror is able to accomplish what most fail to do and that is being on point and cohesive.

So which film would you have picked? take part, the rules are below, or you can check out the Facebook fan page and interact with everyone else that's taking part by visiting:!/pages/30-Day-Horror-Challenge-by-Big-Daddy-Horror-Reviews/198282733537709?sk=info

Or feel free to start your own blog posts on your site! (You can start on day one or you can feel free to join me on day we are currently at). Or just feel free to leave us a little comment so we know which film made the cut for you! The rules are simple, just pick your favorite horror film for each day! However, you can't pick the same horror film more then once. So once you pick say The Exorcist for your favorite horror film involving the powers of Hell, you can't repick it again for any other day what so ever including favorite horror film. And for once, I am opening up the comments section so that, yes, you can comment each day along with me on your favorite picks! So let's get to it! This is the 30 Day Horror Film Challenge!

I have commercials for this on a USA channel VHS of Halloween from 1999-2000. At least I know it has something to do with Trilogy of Terror. Commercials always gave me the creeps.
