So we're Day 2 into the 30 day horror challenge. So which horror film is it that I relate most to?
Call me cliched, but it's Scream. Right around the time that the film came out, horror was dead. I was part of a generation that knew exactly what to expect from just about every slasher film that came out. So to have characters saying exactly what was in my head and to be fully aware of all the cliches, makes it so that this horror film is one that relates a lot to me as a viewer.
Also, I was in high school at the time of the film's release. The characters, their fashions, their attitudes, the way they partied, etc. made it so that these kids could blend in with someone in my own high school. So that's why Scream is the horror film that I relate most to. '

For Day 2 I picked The Lost Boys... I'm just a nerdy Frog sister at heart.
Day 2...original Carrie...grew an outcast and longed to have her telekinetic powers...also, it's the movie that influenced me to buy the book which influenced to read more which influenced me to become a writer!...from little acorns:-)
