It Came From Netflix: Train(2008)

By Eric Polk of The Audio Descent podcast-
Director Gideon Raff has gone on record as saying this 2008 film used the largest amount of blood ever. And yet, 28 gallons of red liquid cannot save this movie from basically being a bad take on Saw.

During a trip to Eastern Europe from a wrestling tournament, a group of students along with their chaperon commence to partying the night before they're scheduled to leave for their next meet. Of course, they miss their train. Luckily for them, an alluring Eastern European lady tells them of another train that can take them to their next destination.

Turns out, it's the invitation is just a ruse as her and her follow comrades pick off the kids, the chaperon, and their coach one by one, harvesting their body parts to help those with disabilities. While the premise is good, along with the gore, everything else is just bad. Poor dialogue, unappealing characters. Just another movie trying to cash in on the torture-porn craze Saw and Hostel left in its wake.

Couple of points of note. Originally this film was to be a remake of Terror Train and was filmed in Bulgaria.

Sounds like another "blegh" sort of movie....
Nothin worse than a crappy Saw rip off.

I did a video review for this one. Total garbage movie. What has happened to Thora Birch's career?

undoubtedly the worst of all torture porn flicks. I feel sorry for the beautiful Thora Birch, her talent is wasted in here.
