Dollar Bin Film - "Mutant"

Two brothers discover that the residents of a small Southern town are being infected by a form of toxic waste, turning them into blood-ravenous zombies.
This film actually wasn't that bad. It's a low budget independent genre film, so I didn't expect much, but I actually enjoyed this one. I like the idea that these aren't just any zombies...these are toxic waste zombies so if they even touch you, you get a bad ass chemical burn! The gore and makeup isn't the best, but I'm kinda fond of the cheap make up. The acting isn't to bad (I mean it's not great, but it works), the music is pretty creepy, and it even has some crazy ass rednecks (reminds me of my family). Overall I really enjoyed this film so yeah, I'd recommend this movie.

This sounds great! Good cover too.

I remember watching this on local cable channels when I was younger and even recently I saw it and thought it was low grade fun. Even if you can't see a lot in the darker scenes.

I was pissed off because I bought a copy with the cover of MUTANT (AKA Forbidden World) thinking it was the other film and got this one. Didnt realize it until the end of the film when they never ended up on another world fighting aliens. I had hope the whole runtime..
