Dollar Bin Film - "Edgar Allan Poe's Buried Alive"
A young woman goes to teach at the Ravenscroft Institute, girls' school overrun by ants and staffed by various ex-mental patients. Spurred on by a series of horrific hallucinations, she begins to investigate the mysterious disappearances of several students.
Let me start off by saying this movie has NOTHING to do with any story of Poe's. The film was released in 1990 but the camera work is so shitty, it looks like it's from the 70's! I mean who thought the best way to shoot falling down a whole is to put the camera in the girl's crotch and make her flail her arms? And on top of that, the acting makes Paris Hilton look like Meryl Streep! I mean just the name of the institute the girls are in should be a warning how bad this film is gonna be...Ravenscroft...I love bad movies, but not this one.
Sending Deadly Kisses,
Rhonny Reaper
