It Came From Netflix:Hatchet for the Honeymoon(1970)

By Eric Polk-
As we approach the beautiful Thanksgiving holiday here in the states, one thing that I am thankful for is that I don't suffer from narcolepsy because I would have hated to wake up in the middle of this sleep-inducer directed by the legendary Mario Bava no less!

The plot isn't much. A bridal design shop owner kills various young brides-to-be in an attempt to unlock a repressed childhood trauma that's causing him to commit murder. That's all, really. The problems with this film are numerous. It's slow even for a giallo. It's wanna-be avant garde and just so laborious to watch that I don't recommend this is film unless you have a burning desire to watch ALL of Mario Bava's films.
